A meeting was held at the High Technologies Park (HT Park) of ANAS with the participation of representatives of the candidate company to become a resident of this institution - Eninco Engineering B.V.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department of Affairs of the Presidium of ANAS, Professor Elton Mammadov, Director of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes of ANAS, academician Vagif Abbasov, Director of HT Park Vasif Abbasov, head of the Iron Technical Center Tamara Yusifova, as well as CEO of Eninco Engineering BV Dr. Reza Javaherdashti, Director of that institution Dr. Arezoo and HT Park representatives.

In advance, the bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev was visited in HT Park, flowers were laid in front of the bust, and the memory of the great leader was honored.

During the meeting, our soldiers martyred in the battles committed by Armenia against our country were commemorated with a minute of silence.

Opening the event, Vasif Abbasov said that the technopark, which he heads, has been operating for four years and is an ideal platform for foreign investors. He stressed the importance of HT Park for domestic and international partnerships, and spoke about the importance of today's meeting.

Later, the CEO of the Netherlands' “Eninco Engineering B.V.” company Dr. Reza Javaherdashti delivered a lecture on "A brief info about microbial corrosion and its importance for the Republic of Azerbaijan” and emphasized the importance of combating microbial corrosion, coming across on pipes, platforms, ships, etc. Microbial corrosion is electrochemical corrosion that occurs because of the existence and activity of organisms in nature, he added.

Then the Director of “Eninco Engineering B.V.” Arezoo informed about the company's activities and the products offered by the company. He spoke about the benefits of nanotechnology used in coatings that help increase the energy efficiency of solar panels, antimicrobial coatings for use in hospitals and homes, as well as improved polyasparagin coatings. According to Assaria, these "smart" paints have the ability to adapt to the weather.

Speaking at the event, academician Vagif Abbasov highly praised the activity of the mentioned company in the relevant field. He invited the company's representatives to the Institute of Petrochemical Processes to be acquainted with the conditions created in the organization and the existing equipment.

Finally, plans for the implementation of projects were considered, and detailed information was provided on the expected results. The parties expressed interest in implementing the projects.

Note that test operations on the projects will be carried out on the second day of the event.
