On October 2, Institute of Folklore of ANAS has carried out an action "Support to the glorious Azerbaijani Army.

In advance, the memory of our martyrs, who gave their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was honored with a minute of silence.

Then, the director of the scientific institution, academician Mukhtar Imanov said that the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, responding to the regular military provocations committed by Armenia against our country, retaliated against the enemy in order to liberate our occupied lands. He noted that today in our country, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, the moral unity of the people and the army reigns, our people fully trusts and are proud of the army fighting for justice.

The speakers further noted that in many countries, the vile actions of the Armenians are criticized, and the just position of Azerbaijan is supported.

In conclusion, the staff of the institute decided to transfer part of their salary to the Armed Forces Assistance Fund.
