Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The textbook "Higher Mathematics" was co-authored by the director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, corresponding member of ANAS Misir Mardanov, head of the department, professor Ramiz Aslanov and associate professor of Baku State University (BSU) Sevda Isayeva.

The scientific editor of the textbook is Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Telman Malikov.

Textbook consisting of 10 chapters and 3 appendices covers sections of Analytical Elements of Linear Algebra and Geometry, Introduction to Mathematical Analysis, Integral Calculus, Multivariate Functions, series, Complex Numbers, Ordinary Differential Equations, Differential Equations with Special Derivatives, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics.

The book was written in accordance with the curricula and programs of the Chemistry and Geography faculties of BSU.

The textbook can be used by students majoring in mathematics and other related specialties, as well as university students and teachers.
