Head of the Department of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Associate Professor Alovsat Aliyev took part in an online seminar on "Expert assessments and data analysis" organized by the Institute of Management Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow National Research University and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

At the beginning of the seminar, the head of the Department of Selection Theory and Decision Analysis of the Institute of Management Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences, prof. Fuad Alasgarov said the event was also dedicated to the anniversary of Professor Lotfi Zadeh and the study of his legacy.

Then, Professor of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University Lepski Alexander Yevgenyevich made a report on "The father of fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Lotfi Zadeh.
