The works of Azerbaijani scientists have been published in “Clarivate Analytics”

Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on "Control and Optimization with Industrial Applications" (COIA-2020) held in Baku on August 26-28, 2020 with the support of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the Research Institute of Applied Mathematics (Volume 1, Volume 2) posted on the page of “Clarivate Analytics” (formerly Thomson Reuters).

The editors-in-chief of these works are academician Fikret Aliev and professor of the University of Illinois Tamer Bashar.

The collection of the second volume includes 256 articles. 145 of these articles belong to Azerbaijani scientists, including 85 to Baku State University and 30 to the Scientific Research Institute of Applied Mathematics.

It should be noted that in terms of the number of articles published on the “Web of Science” platform of “Clarivate Analytics” in 2020-2021, Azerbaijan ranks first among the Caucasus countries with 1,809 articles, surpassing Georgia (1,004 articles) and Armenia (1,282 articles).
