ANAS Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli held event on the 25th anniversary of 20 January tragedy. Although 25 years have passed since that bloody event, martyrs released an indelible mark in the memory. They have become a role model for today's youth. It is clear that for centuries, the Armenian cunning, treachery has become a nightmare for people. Scientists, intellectuals should always be at the forefront of the public, and inform the international community about the Armenian vandalism. January 20 is one of the bloodiest events in recent times, as well as glorious fighting day of our people, said deputy director of the institute for scientific affairs, Dr. Philology Pasha Karimov

Deputy Director of the institute Dr. Philology Aybeniz Aliyeva-Kangarli spoke about exceptional merits of national leader Heydar Aliyev who living in Moscow at that time, in delivering 20 January truths to the world.

Finally, documentary was demonstrated dedicated to events of 20 January.
