With the goal of to ensure the report of military officials,

II Special Department

of ANAS Central Administration of the Presidium held workshop to the representatives of scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS making military registration and reservation work on November 27, 2013.

At the meeting were attended staff engaged in military registration and reservation at scientific institutions and organizations, delegates of AR Ministry of Economy and Industry, and State Survey Office for Mobilization and Conscription.

Opening the meeting, head of the office Eldar Guliyev informed about the issues on the agenda. Brought to mind decision of the Presidium of ANAS dated October 22, 2013 on military registration and reservation status in the scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS as well as annual reports in this field.

In the event, deleagte of the Ministry of Economy and Industry Bahruz Seyidov, State Survey Office for Mobilization and Conscription Lieutenant-Colonel Malik Mammadov reported on status of military registration and reservation works in the scientific organizations, and improvement rules of annual reports of the employees working in this field.

In the second part of the workshop, chief officer of the office, Major Javid Huseynov explained the rules of reports.

Finally, questions by employees of ANAS scientific institutions and organizations were responded.
