ANAS Central Scientific Library (CSL) held constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council.

Opening the assembly director of CSL Dr. Philology Aybeniz Aliyeva-Kangarli brought to mind decision of the Presidium on establishment of Young Scientists and Specialists Council dated October 17, 2013, made speech on aims and tasks of the Council, on involving the youth to the science, and their close participation in various projects implemented within the frame of vital governmental programs.

Then, proposed nominators were elected by vote. Chair of the Council consisting of 9 individuals – Narmina Abdullayeva, deputy chair – Valida Hasanova, secretary –Rena Kazimova.

Deputy Director of CSL on scientific affairs Firengiz Huseynova, scientific secretary-Gutlyera Jafarova and others wished successes to young scientists.
