Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Article of Robert A. Karayev's  (head of laboratory of the Institute of Control Systems) titled "Modeling Caspian sturgeon population dynamics: a new paradigm and new technology" (ICES Journal of Marine Science, 6 (1), 2006. Impact Factor = 2,525) is included the Oxford Index of the UK National Academy of Sciences.

The basis of the paradigm proposed in the article make up of new Hi-Tech, including technologies of ecotoxicological rationing, cognitive modeling, determinacy analysis, scenario planning, GIS-technologies and foresight-technologies.
