Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Paul Chu, professor at U.S. Houston University director of Center for Superconductivity, visited Institute of Physics of ANAS. 

Met with director of the institute, ANAS corresponding member Nazim Mammadov, American guest gave information about the University of Houston.

He said that the purpose of the meeting is to get information about ongoing research and set up scientific relations in the Institute of Physics.

Further, Paul Chu was closely acquainted with material-technical base of Innovation sector of this scientific venture and familiarized with the scientists’ performance.

The meeting also was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rector ADA Hafiz Pashayev, deputy director for Innovation and Transfer of the institute, Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Ayaz

Bayramov, ANAS corresponding member Anvar Nahmadov, Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Oktay Gasimov and others.
