Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

International Round Table dubbed "Human and Biosphere" was held in Vladikavkaz city, Russian Federation North Ossetia (Alania) by organization of RF North Caucasus republics of UNESCO. Event was attended by specialists from the republics of Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia (Alania) and Dagestan, including Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.

Maharram Hasanov, employee of ANAS Institute of Geography, PhD in geography, represented our country with a lecture on “Climate changes in Azerbaijan and its impact on secured biosphere facilities”.

In the event, manager of UNESCO “Human and Biosphere” program M. Godt, group manager A. Gunya and other specialists discussed the topic.
