Central Scientific Library held next seminar-training of II Special Department of the Presidium Administration of ANAS.

Event brought together CD headquarters of II Special Department, Civil Defense forces of Ministry of Emergency Situations, institutions and organizations of academy.

Speaking about the importance of the event, chief of II Special Department Eldar Guliyev stated that event aims to enlighten employees and teach them while natural disaster, fire and emergency evacuation.

Then, director of the CSL PhD in medical sciences Leyla Imanova highlighted the significance of the event in terms of behavior exercises during emergency situations and strict observance of safety regulations.

Chief of CD department of Civil Defense forces of Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel Gudrat Agayev provided information to the attendees on prophylactic measures taken for safety of civil citizens by ministry. CD was focused on in our country in latest years, and activity of Civil Defense forces met with international standards. Making speech on close partnership with ANAS, G.Agayev highly assessed the events of civil defense carried out here.

Afterwards, professor of Azerbaijan State University prof. Jabbar Hajiyev delivered a lecture on “The study of self-help and mutual help rules in a visual form”.  Lecture conducts emergency situations and protection methods of these events.

In closing, chief of Medical service of Civil Defense forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel Elchin Aligulov informed about activity directions of the ministry and its structural bodies.
