June 24, regular assembly of the Academic Council of the Institute of Economy of ANAS was held. In the assembly chaired by the director of the institute Professor Nazim Imanov, board members congratulated academician Ziyad Samadzadeh on the occasion of 75th anniversary.

75 years of a prominent scientist and economist, academician Ziyad Samadzadeh is celebrating on June 25, stated prof. N.Muzafferli. In this regard, based on the decree of the Presidium of ANAS on May 20, 2015 the Institute of Economics of ANAS together with the Azerbaijan Economists’ Union will hold a scientific conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of academician Z. Samadzadeh. By the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Economics was established Organizing Committee consisting of 3 people for organizing scientific conference dedicated to the 75th anniversary of academician this autumn. The organizing committee, chaired by Professor Tofig Huseynov includes PhD in economics Abdulsamed Hasanov and PhD in economics Ilkin Soltanli. Publication of articles about academician on the press and scientific editions were entrusted to T. Huseynov, Ph.D. in economics Khosrov Karimov and PhD in economics Seyfaddin Samandarov.
