“Manual for medical-meteorological forecasts" which co-prepared by employees of the Institute of Geography, Department of Climate and agro climate study - PhD in Geography Umayra Tagiyeva and researcher Jamila Ahmadova was published.

Methodical manual that published in Azerbaijani and English languages, ​​brings to mind increasing the vulnerability of people with unfavorable meteorological conditions as a result of changes in atmospheric circulation in the condition of global climate change, anomalous and dangerous meteorological phenomena, including “heat waves" recurring and duration. By providing the population and related organizations with the medical-meteorological forecasts and warnings, the new edition can assist for implementation of preventive measures for unfavorable weather conditions and mitigate the risks that may arise in connection with this respect.
