Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Institute of Information Technology carried out admission to the doctorate on philosophy based on testing technologies according to a centralized rule. Having composed of 82 individuals from Azerbaijan sector, 8 of Russian, 90 people involved to the exam.

In advance, President of ANAS, Acad. Akif Alizadeh got acquainted with exam process of doctorate for philosophy carried out by Training-Innovation Center of IIT.

Later on, was held “round table” by participation of the members of Commission which aimed to receive exams - Doctors of philosophy Abulhasan Abbasov, Farman Ismayilov, Zaur Bagirov, head of Science and Education Department of ANAS Presidium Administration, Dr. Engineering Aminagha Sadigov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Information Technology for technologies, PhD in engineering Rashid Alakbarov and chairman of the Commission, corresponding member of ANAS Bakhtiyar Aliyev and Acad. Akif Alizadeh.

Notifying the application of new mechanisms for objective gauging of exam attendees over philosophy, Acad. Akif Alizadeh said that, philosophy exams are carried out based on testing technologies with the Order dated June 9, 2015.

While discussions taken measures in an academy due to implement the set tasks before Azerbaijan science, key targets of reforms held in science and education were focused on.

Members of the commission stated that, high-level video surveillance system installed in the CDM will provide transparency in the examination process and more objective assessment of those who involved in the exams.
