Next training-seminar of Civil Defense was held in the II Special Division of ANAS Presidium Administration.

Chief of aforementioned division Eldar Guliyev, who opened the meeting with participation of CD headquarters of the institute and organizations of ANAS, informed on the issues of agenda.

Then, “CD training of steering committee” held in November was issued.

In accordance CD Action Plan of ANAS, was held “CD training of steering committee” on topic “Organization the management of CD organ and forces in case of emergencies and elimination of the consequences” in November 2015. The training aimed to appropriate the requirements of the Law of AR “On the Civil Defense” and decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic dated September 25, 1998, by the Steering committee, Emergency Commission, CD headquarters and the CD commander-in chief, including to improve governance in organizing and carrying out rescue operations.
