Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Academician Isa Habibbeyli, met with the Turkish scholars visiting our country.

During the meeting, Academician Isa Habibbeyli emphasized the importance of the extensive relations established with the scientific institutions of our friendly and brotherly country, noting that the cooperation, which covers all fields of science, is developing day by day.

Professor Dr. Ahmet Taşğin, the head of the “Ədəb-Ərkan” scientific journal of the Institute of Graduate Programs of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, gave detailed information about the scientific research pursued at the university. Additionally, the Turkish professor discussed the activities of the scientific journal he leads and expressed interest in mutual cooperation with ANAS on the scientific publications.

The integration of high-impact journals into scientific databases was also discussed at the meeting. An agreement was reached on expanding cooperation between ANAS and Turkish universities in the field of scientific publications.

Hakkı Taşğın, a staff member of the “Ədəb-Ərkan” scientific journal of the Institute of Graduate Programs of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, and Professor Dr. Namiq Musalı from Kastamonu University also participated in the meeting.
