German "Palmarium" publishing house published "Criminal defenses (in the context of the present and look to the future)" monograph by Head of Department of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of ANAS, Doctor of Law, Professor Gurbanov Habil in Russian and German languages.

The new edition, which scientific editor is  Miraga Jafarguliyev , describes the basic issues of criminal law, research and analysis of circumstances precluding a criminal act.

The book is intended for students, teachers and doctoral students of the law faculty of universities, as well as individuals interested in theoretical problems.
