International Multiculturalism winter school dubbed “Multiculturalism - a way of life in Azerbaijan: Learn, Explore, Share-2016” co-organized by Baku International Multiculturalism(BIMC), Knowledge Fund under President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Baku Slavic University (BSU), continued its work at ANAS National Museum of Azerbaijan History on February 10.

Director of the museum, Academician Naila Valikhanli met with attendees of the winter school and expressed her happiness of receiving the students from leading universities of world’s various countries in the museum and noted: “I am very glad that the young people of world’s various countries had the opportunity to acquaint with Azerbaijan multiculturalism, which they have learnt in theory so far, through International Multiculturalism Winter School. Young people, we are very confident of you, future is for the youth. I believe you will love our country while you are a guest in Azerbaijan. I am sure it would bring us together in mutual love and bridge for eternal friendship.”

Senior adviser to the State advisor on Multinational, multicultural and religious affairs service, Dr. History Hajar Verdiyeva and chief department of the Institute of Oriental Studies, PhD in History Farda Asadov delivered lecture on “Caucasian Albania as one of the historical roots of Azerbaijan multiculturalism” to the youth.
