“Prohibited history of Armenia and Azerbaijan” film was displayed in Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
Director of Scientists’ House of ANAS PhD in History Nurida Guliyeva briefed about film and said that, film compiles private phases of Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, emerging history of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, including historical heritage and traditions of our people and other culturologic aspects. Film leitmotif consists of unjustness Azerbaijan faced by, genocides, and disasters caused by Karabakh war.
According to the film author, chief of Political Studies and Analysis Sector of the Department of Social-political Affairs under Azerbaijan Presidential Administration Fuad Akhundov, film reflects facts on modern history of Azerbaijan and bitter life of the people who were displaced from their homes as a result of the occupation. This film has been shot within the framework of implementation of the projects by Center of Caucasian History under "AZER-GLOBE" Social-Political Studies Institute. Film presents rare documents that are kept in archives about the history of Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey and other countries.
Later on, “Prohibited history of Armenia and Azerbaijan” film was displayed.
After presentation of the film, director of the Institute of History, corresponding member of ANAS Yagub Mahmudov evaluated this film as a next step against false and biased statements of Armenians. Being thankful to casting staff of film Y. Mahmudov spoke about activities and obtained outputs in study of Azerbaijan history at the scientific venture led by him.
