At the initiative of the director of Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS, doctor of historical sciences Maize Ragimova and head of Archaeological park of Gyoytepa Goytapa Ph.D. in history Farhad Guliyev within the “Archaeological Complexes Reflecting Early Civilizations (Arkheopark Open-air)” project in connection with the organization “The museum open-air to Gyoytepa” were invited to territories of Archaeological park scientists from Turkey.
In the science and culture Majlis which has been carried out at the organization of Hazar University, professor Mehmet Ozdogan and associate professor Zeynep Eres made reports “Excavation of the Neolithic period in Turkey and modern views” and “Protection system in territories of archeological excavations and the museums open-air”. Action was opened by the rector of Hazar University prof. Gamlet Isakhanly who noted value of participation of the Turkish experts in action. M. Ozdogan told about the scientific innovations received as a result of new methods carried out by application and technologies of archaeological researches of monuments to Turkey of an era of the Neolithic era – to Chayon, Evali Chori, Ashykla Hoyuk, Chatalkhoyuk, Kuruchay, Hadzhylar, etc. Having told about value of creation of the museums open-air, displaying models of a number of archaeological monuments of Turkey Z.Eres noted that these museums attract interest of society and create clearer idea of life and activity of ancient people. The director of IAE M. Ragimova informed participants a number of scientific achievements in the field of the large-scale archeological excavations which have been carried out in different monuments by various expeditions. M. Ragimova noted that these researches in the country were conducted on the basis of the Decree of the President of the country Ilham Aliyev signed in February, 2008.
