The Institute of Physics within the 2nd Azerbaijan Science Festival presented lectures of employees of various educational and research institutions.
Opening the event, Deputy Director for Innovation and Transfer of the Institute, PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences Ayaz Bayramov noted the special significance of the 2nd Azerbaijan Science Festival in the promotion of scientific achievements in improving young people's interest in science.
Then, at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of ANAS Samir Rustamov submitted his report on "Global climate change and food security of our country", employee of the Institute of Physics, Professor Tokay Huseynov on "The ecological significance of nitrite: benefit and harm to human health", a member of the Azerbaijan Medical University Tariel Omarov on "The results of bariatric surgeries performed in patients suffering from obesity in the population of Azerbaijan".
