Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

As known, scientific conference devoted to the 80th anniversary of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry named after Acad. M.Naghiyev was held. Within the event, young scientists and specialists of the institute were awarded the “Prize on behalf of Academician Murtuza Naghiyev”.

Academician-Secretary of the Division of Chemical Sciences, director of the institute, Academician Dilgam Taghiyev stated that, the Prize which established in 2013 is annually given to the young specialists, having special achievements in chemistry.

Then, he made speech on giving rules of “Prize on behalf of Academician Murtuza Naghiyev”. Notifying about the establishment of the commission concerning the Awarding, director of the institute noted the nomination of 7 young scientists from the institute and highly appreciation of activities four of them by the commission.

D.Taghiyev announced the names of scientists and specialists, awarding the Prize on behalf of Murtuza Naghiyev, the founder of recirculation theory. Fellows of the institute Ulvi Najaf-Guliyev, Natavan Soltanova, Elmir Babayev and Seadet Humbatova were presented a diploma of Prize.
