Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics held the next assembly. Issues on the agenda were discussed, suggestions and recommendations were made.

Assembly made a decision on solicition for Supreme Attestation Commission on giving the professor academic title to Dr. physics-math Varga Kalantarova. In addition, 4 individuals over Doctor of sciences and 8 over PhD have been accepted to the dissertanture.

According to the adverstment published on “Azerbaijan” newspaper issed January 25, members of Scientific Council put forward candidates for the director post.
