Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

In ANAS Nakhchivan Division hosted an event devoted to 31 December - Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year.

Chairman of the Division, Academician Ismail Hajiyev spoke about the importance of the day of solidarity established on the initiative of great leader Heydar Aliyev. He stressed that, the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis is widely celebrated in our country as well as abroad.

Told about on successful results of purposeful policy of the architect and builder our modern independent state, national leader Heydar Aliyev, I.Hajiyev stressed that, the idea of the great leader strongly implemented by President Ilham Aliyev.

Then, a senior fellow at the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archaeology of Nakhchivan Devision, PhD in History, Associate Professor Yashar Rahimov spoke on "Solidarity of Azerbaijanis of the world - an important factor in the strengthening of our national unity".

Further, Director of the Institute of Bioresources of Devision, Academician Tariel Talibov, Director of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archaeology, correspondent member of ANAS Fakhraddin Safarli, Director of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev acted on topic.

In conclusion, academician Ismayil Hajiyev congratulated the staff on the holiday.
