Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Deputy Director for scientific work of ANAS Institute of the History of Science, Doctor of Philosophy on theology Sabina Nematzadeh was on a scientific mission in Ankara, Turkey.

Within the framework of the visit, S. Nematzadeh participated in the international symposium "Professor Khalil Inaljik history and historicity", which was held with by the organizational support of the Turkish Historical Structure and the University of Gazi. The Azerbaijani scientist delivered a presentation on the theme "Sfragistics in the Turkic-Islamic historiography (based on the stamps of the Baku manuscript collections)."

In the symposium, Sabina Nematzade's report aroused great interest of scientists, historians and researchers from from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Albania, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Iraq and Algeria.
