Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

ANAS Institute of Linguistics has released a book “Aghamusa Akhundov in memories”.

Editor of the book is institutes’ director Academic Mohsun Naghisoylu and a daughter of Aghamusa Akhundov PhD in Philology Assoc. Prof. Aygul Hajiyeva.

State Advisor of the Republic of Azerbaijan on multinational, multicultural and religious affairs Academic Kamal Abdullayev, Vice-President, Academic Isa Habibbayli, Academic-Secretary of Department of Humanitarian Sciences, Academic Teymur Karimli, director of the Institute of Linguistics Mohsen Naghisoylu, dean of BSU's Theology department Academic Vasim Mammadaliyev, chairman of Azerbaijan Writers’ Union Anar and Aygul Hajiyeva shared their memories about scientist in the book.

The edition also compiles articles by Professors from Turkey - Zeynep Gorkmaz “To a memory of my valued colleague Aghamusa Akhundov”, Shukru Huluk Akalın "To a memory of Aghamusa Akhundov”, Hamza Zulfikar "Ideas and term problems of common Turkic language”, Rasim Ozyurak "Great linguist, professor of the republic Aghamusa Akhundov" etc.
