Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Presidium of ANAS made a decision to give Honorary Decree to 8 young scientists which were presented to “Presidential Award for Youth” in order to stimulate youths’ scientific and scientific- organizational activity.

President of the academy academician spoke Akif Alizadeh about the importance of President Ilham Aliyev's “Presidential Award for Youth” decree dated July 2, 2013 and praised state's attention towards youth development. President of the academy noted that Honorary Decree of ANAS was the result of President’s care to youth. The purpose of awarding young scientists is to support scientists who have distinguished intellect and creative potential:
