Republican scientific conference on topic “Human and environment relations” in Lankaran

Republican scientific conference on topic “Human and environment relations” devoted to 110th jubilee of Academic Hasan Aliyev took place in Lankaran State University (LSU), June 16.

Event co-realized by the Institute of Geography of ANAS, Lankaran State University and Azerbaijan Geography Society.

Reporting at the conference, acting rector of LSU Professor Natig Ibrahimov highly appreciated Hasan Aliyev’s activities in development of ecology science in Azerbaijan, in regulating and protecting ecological environment, and staff training in this field.

At the event, were listened lecture by Director of the Institute of Geography, Academic Ramiz Mammadov on topic “The notable geographer and soil scientist of Azerbaijan – Academic H.Aliyev”, corresponding member of ANAS Rauf Gardashov “Solar energy model of Azerbaijan”, chairman of Lankaran branch of Azerbaijan Geogrpahy Society Ph.D. in Geography Ziyafat Aghayev on “Ecological problems and their formation consequences in rovers of Lankaran natural province”, PhDs in Geography Maharram Hasanov and Matlab Rahimov on “Climate and agro climate resources of Lankaran natural province” etc.
