Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan held a meeting of the Expert Council of High Technologies Park of ANAS.

The event was attended by Chairman of Expert Council, vice-president of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev, members of the Board - Director of the Institute of Chemistry of Additives, academician Vagif Farzaliyev, Deputy Director of Oil and Gas Institute of SOCAR "Oilgasscientificresearch project", corresponding member of ANAS Bagir Suleymanov, head sector of heavy industry and machine building of the Industry Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Yagub Hasanov, residents and other guests.

Opening the meeting, academician Ibrahim Guliyev said that the event is for residents’ presentations and getting acquainted with them. Council conducts its activities in accordance with the Regulation "About expert councils", academician informed on its composition.

Addressing the meeting, the director of the Park of High Technologies, PhD in agricultural sciences Vugar Babayev stressed that the main purpose of the Board is to evaluate requests for residency. Noting the adoption of a preliminary package of documents and statements, V. Babayev brought to the attention that at the meeting will make a presentation with 4 potential residents.

Then director of LLC «Millers-Oils Azərbaycan» Martin Gough, director of experimental-industrial plant of ANAS Vasif Abbasov, director of "Park of Science and Technology" of ANAS, PhD in technical sciences Sanan Abdullayev, Director of Agro Bio Eco Tech, Ph.D. in technical sciences Ali Bala Ali-zade made presentations about the activities of the structures they represent.

At the end there were discussions; answers were given to the questions.
