Writers-publicist Yunus Oguz's "Atabey Eldaniz" historical novel was discussed at the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi with participation of literary scholars and researchers.

The author of the preface of the novel is vice-president of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Isa Habibbeyli and head of the Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan, academician Nizami Jafarov.

Academician Isa Habibbeyli, speaking at the event, said that the author wrote about the life and activities of Atabey Shemsedddin Eldeniz.

In his speech, Academician Nizami Jafarov said that he was always interested in the Atabey period in Azerbaijan, and noted that academician Ziya Bunyadov "Azerbaijani Atabeyler state (1136-1225)" monograph and the People's Poet Nariman Hasanzadeh's "Atabeylar" drama were written about the period. Speaking about the writer's mastery, N. Jafarov called the novel "Atabey Eldaniz" a valuable work by Yunus Oguz.

Then the report of Elnara Garagozova, the employee of the Azerbaijani Literature Department of the Institute of Literature on the theme "History and Personality Factor in the novel of Atabe Eldaniz" was listened.

Corresponding member of ANAS Tehran Alishanoglu, PhD in philology Alizade Askerli and PhD in philology Lala Hasanova, MPs - Musa Gasymly, Agil Abbas, editor of the novel, writer Elchin Huseynbeyli, Huseyn Adigozal and others spoke about the importance of the work for statehood history and traditions.

At the end Yunus Oguz expressed his gratitude to organizers and participants of the event.
