Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The VIII International Conference on "Researches in the field of photosynthesis and hydrogen energy for the sake of sustainable development" was held in Hyderabad, India.

One of the main organizers of this event is the head of the Laboratory of Bio technology of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Bio technologies, Doctor of Biology Suleyman Allahverdiyev. Director of the Institute, Academician Irada Huseynova is included in the international organizing committee.

Head of the Laboratory of cell membrane systems, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Saftar Suleymanov, head of the Laboratory of Enzymology Photosynthetic Carbon Assimilation, PhD in Biology Shahniyar Bayramov, a doctoral student on the specialty “Biotechnology” Samaya Atasheva and graduate student II course Elshan Musazadeh presented our country at the conference in which about 300 representatives from 25 countries took part.

A poster presented at the conference by a young researcher Elshan Musazadeh was awarded a cash prize and a certificate. All this testifies that the school of photosynthesis, created by a prominent scientist Academician Jalal Aliyev, continues to live and develop.
