The monograph "Homogeneous words in the world languages" by Baba Maharramli, deputy director of the Institute of Linguistics named after Nasimi of ANAS, PhD in philology, has been published in "Khazar University" publishing house.

The monograph examines homogeneous word roots in the world languages. The monograph is the first fundamental research on nostratic in Azerbaijani linguistics.

Scientific editor of the monograph, late-academician, world-renowned Turkologist Tofig Hajiyev and reviewers are Habib Zarbaliyev, Azizkhan Tanriverdi and doctor of philological sciences Ilham Tahirov.
