Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

According to the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi, Prof. Fuad Koprulu's "Alishir Navai" risale has been published by researcher of Nevai heritage, Doctor of Philology Almaz Ulvi.

The publisher notes that, unlike the literary criticism of Turkey, this research was not new for the period of Azerbaijani literary criticism.

The scientist notes that the first scientific researches about Alishir Navai in Uzbekistan were written by Abdurrahman Sadi and Abdurrauf Fitrat, who worked in Uzbekistan in the Crimea-Tatar nationality in the early 1920s. The first scientific article by Magsud Sheikhzadeh, who was deported from Azerbaijan in Tashkent in 1930, was about Navai.

The scientific editor of the book is vice-president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbayli, reviewers are correspondent-member of ANAS Nushaba Arasli and doctor of philology Ataemi Mirzoyev.
