December 1, 2017, Ismail Ismailov (1984 years old) chief technologist of ANAS Institute of Petrochemical Processes Academician Yu.Mammadaliyev received a doctoral degree in chemistry.

His scientific leaders are Director of the Institute, Academician Vagif Abbasov and Professor of Moscow State University after M.V.Lomonosov Elena Emelyanova.

Let us note that, Ismail Ismailov, having won the International Mendeleev Olympiad in Chemistry, without an examination was admitted to the chemical faculty of the Moscow State University after M.V.Lomonosov and in 2006 successfully graduated from the university.

In 2011, he received a Ph.D. in chemistry. He is an author of 82 scientific works, including one patent and one monograph. He published more than 40 scientific works in authoritative journals of the world.
