Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The next meeting of Presidium of Nakhchivan Department of ANAS was held.

Speaking at the event, chairman of the department, academician Ismayil Hajiyev said that the meeting was dedicated to the results of the scientific-organizational activities of the unit in 2017 and the forthcoming tasks. The academician said that 2018 was proclaimed "Year of Development" for Nakhchivan Branch.

Director of the Institute of Bioresources, academician Tariyel Talibov, director of the Institute of Art, Language and Literature, correspondent member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev and Director of Manuscripts Fund, Doctor of Philology Farman Khalilov delivered speeches.

At the meeting, the scientific secretary of the division, PhD in philology Akram Huseynzade acquainted the members of the Presidium with the Plan of Actions.
