Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The 24th edition of the "Azerbaijan Carpets" journal, published under the co-founding of the Azer-Ilme Carpet Center and the Presidium of ANAS, has been published.

The magazine, which is among the scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on art criticism and history specialties, includes author's articles covering official chronology, art criticism, historiography, different national application areas, interviews, scientific articles, and interesting translation materials.

The journal begins with the materials on opening of the Guba Branch of the Open Joint Stock Company "Azerkhalca" and on the groundbreaking ceremony at the Sumgait Industrial Park.

In addition, the journal includes  Our carpet-making " by prominent Azerbaijani scientist Yusif Vezir Chamanzaminli, PhDs Konul Imamverdiyeva’s "Flag is a bearer of history memory", Tahir Shahbazov’s "XIX century Azerbaijani architecture and some issues of art"and other articles.

Editor-in-chief of the magazine is Honored Art Worker, Professor Vidadi Muradov.
