Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The presentation of the book titled "Mirza Aghadadash Müniri. Works" was held at the Institute of Manuscripts named after Mohammed Fuzuli of ANAS.

The publication was published in connection with the 155th anniversary of the outstanding Azerbaijani poet Mirza Aghadadash Muniri, lived and created in the XIX-XX centuries.

Deputy Director of the Institute for Manuscripts, Doctor of philology Pasha Karimov gave detailed information about the poet's life and creativity.

Muniri was a well-known figure in his period and published his book "Spring Cry" at the beginning of last century, scientific Secretary of the Institute, Ph.D. in philology Azizaga Najafzade lined out.

The event was also attended by senior scientific worker of the institute Rauf Sheikhzamanli, fuzulishunas scientist, Ph.D. Varaga Almasov, head of department Gutiyera Jafarova and others talked about the poet's poetry, articles and generations.

Finally, the book's designer, senior researcher of the Institute, Sonakhanim Hadiyeva, said that she had been researching for many years on M.A.Muniri, published articles about him in various newspapers and magazines.
