Published "Academician B.A.Budagov’s role in the development of geographical science of Azerbaijan" monograph

Institute of Geography named after H.Aliyev published "Academician B.A.Budagov’s role in the development of geographical science of Azerbaijan" monograph On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of academician Budag Budagov.

The author of the book is senior researcher of the Department of Education of the Institute, PhD in geography Flora Mammadova, Editor-in-chief is doctor of geography Huseyn Khalilov.

The monograph has widely analyzed the basic directions of scientific activity of academician B.Budagov (geomorphology, landscape studies, glaciology, neotectonics, toponymy, ecology), his role in the development of science and education in our country for the first time has been systematically studied and systematized.

The book is intended for professionals in the field of Earth Sciences, researchers, teachers and students.
