On April 10, 2014 Council of young scientists and specialists of ANAS Institute of Radiation Problems held the next scientific seminar. On action the employee of ANAS Institute of Physics, Joint Institute for Nuclear Research and PhD in physical and mathematical sciences Ziraddin Sadigov gave information on the researches conducted by him. The scientist told about creation by him for the first time designs of a stream figurative micro pixel of photo diodes of new generation and about creation of two other designs of the stream figurative micro pixel of photo diodes. He also told that over optimization on a stream the figurative micro pixel of photo diodes and over their application in various physical experiments at present works. Then extensive discussions were carried out and offers were put forward.

On action questions of the organization of a meeting of young shots were discussed with known scientists of the country also. The Chairman of the Council of young scientists and specialists ANAS, PhD in physics Famin Salmanov told about increase of interest of young researchers to science and about definition of perspective scientists and experts of the future. And also I told about importance of holding such seminars for the purpose of education.
