The book "Modern climate changes and dangerous hydro meteorological phenomena" was published. Editor-in-chief of is the director of ANAS Institute of Geography after academician H.Aliyev, academician Ramiz Mammadov.

The author of the book is Doctor of Geography Sciences, Professor Rza Mahmudov, reviewers are Doctor of Geography Sciences, Professor Farda Imanov and Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nazim Huseynov.

The new work analyzes the most natural global problem in the modern world - climate change and dangerous hydro meteorological phenomena. Climatic changes were investigated on the basis of facts, causes and possible variants, based on real facts, regional climate change in Azerbaijan was assessed, and was given systematic analysis of dangerous hydro meteorological phenomena.
