Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Academician Council of the Sheki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS held a next meeting.

Opening the event, director of the center, PhD in Physics and Mathematics Yusif Shukurlu brought to the attention of the participants of the event the issues on the agenda.

Then, Deputy Director of the Center for Scientific Work, Ph.D. in Philology Farhad Azizov, informed about the resolution of the General Meeting of ANAS dated April 28, 2017. He drew attention to the fact that the resolution reflected such issues as the preservation and development of scientific and technical potential, the defense, energy, environmental and food security of the country, the training of highly qualified personnel, the preservation and development of the Azerbaijani language, etc.

Then, scientific secretary of the SRRC, Ph.D. in mathematics, Vugar Abdurahmanov, spoke about the implementation of the decisions of the Presidium of ANAS "On the participation of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan in International Scientific Projects" of March 14, 2018 and the Presidium of ANAS "On holding the III International Science Festival" on March 14, 2018 .

At the meeting, young researchers were given instructions in connection with the execution of decisions.
