ANAS Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics  held a regular general seminar. At the event, Deputy Director of the Institute for Scientific Affairs, corresponding member of ANAS Vagif Guliyev delivered a paper on "Description of commutators of singular and fractional integral operators in Orlicz spaces by means of functions from the Lipschitz class".

Vagif Guliyev informed about the description of the commutators of singular and fractional integral operators in Orlicz spaces by means of functions from the Lipschitz class. Speaking about the introduction of the results obtained in the regularity problems of solutions of elliptic and parabolic differential equations in Orlicz spaces, the scientist emphasized the importance of using such problems in the study of other problems.

At the event, necessary and sufficient conditions for transformation of the switchboard into function from a class Lipschitz for restriction of switchboards of singular and fractional integrated operators in Orlich's spaces have been discussed.
