Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Employees of Seoul National University - Professor Hee Myong Ro, Dr. Junho Han visited the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of ANAS.

Discussions were held on the work done in the field of studying of saline soils in Azerbaijan and prospects during the meeting with director of this scientific institution, correspondent member of ANAS Alovsat Guliyev.

Then a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry and Seoul National University. The document includes collaboration in fields of mutual interest in soil science, agrochemistry and ecology, staff exchanges, scientific and technical research to prevent land degradation and the preparation of programs.

Academician Garib Mammadov, associate professor Zaman Mammadov and Elton Mammadov also attended the meeting.
