The next meeting was held at the İnstitute of Philosophy and Law with young scientists .

Director of the Institute, Dr of Philosophy , Ilham Mammadzade spoke about activity of young scientists and the future plans and prospects . Ilham Mammadzade stressed the need to conduct research on new topics.

Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs , Philosophy PhD , associate professor Roida Rzayeva stressed the problems like e- base of young researchers , and analytical information system , the implementation of government programs and youth-related documents , their accomplishments , issues of participation in international conferences and etc.

Head of the Department of Sociology and Social Psychology , Doctor of Philosophy Rafiga Azimova , senior research fellow of the department of theology and culture of philosophical problems , PhD in philosophy Elsevar Samadov, Dr of Philosophy Rahil Najafov, Dr of history Zaur Aliyev, Anar Gafarov and Khaliq Ahmadzade made questions , and suggestions at the meeting.
