Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

The monograph of the member of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts named after Mohammed Fuzuli, PhD in philology Ibrahim Guliyev's monograph "The Assembly of Ellame and its Place in the Hadith of Biharul-Envar" was published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute.

The book's scientific editor and the author of the "Preface" is academician Mohsun Nagisoylu and the scientific adviser is Sakit Huseynov.

The monograph is devoted to the life and work of Ellame Mohammed Baghir al-Majlisi, who played an exceptional role in the development Safavid state and the development of the 17th century Azerbaijani theology.

This book makes a valuable contribution to Safavid’s period, reflects the role of “Biharul-Envar” in the development of Azerbaijani theology, and other topics.
