Due to the presence of members of the Spelling Commission of ANAS in the summer vacation in the June - August period the final meeting on changes in the spelling of the Azerbaijani language was postponed.

Some members of the commission have already returned to their duties. In the coming days, will be held a meeting on the rules of spelling and this issue will be finally resolved.

The temporary absence of a meeting of the Commission on the rules of spelling, the absence of discussions and the adoption of any decision should not be negatively reflected in the media, since this does not represent an objective reality, and in some cases sounds like pressure on the Commission...
