Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Council for Scientific and Technical Research of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) and the support of the Technical Team Foundation of Turkey held competition of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The goal was to demonstrate the use of civilian UAVs during emergency situations.

The competition, held at Istanbul Grand Airport, was attended by 289 teams from 5 countries. Our country was represented by the team “AMEACRAFT” of the High Technologies Park of ANAS. According to the results of the competition, our team was one of 85 teams that entered the final stage.

It should be noted that, at the event held today at Presidium, Vice-President of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev presented awards and certificates for participation at the competition to corresponding member of ANAS Sadigov Aminaga and a group of employees of the HTP.
