Special Representative of Russian President for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvidkoy , Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin, Ambassador , Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu and head of Humanitarian Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Fatma Abdullazade discussed Russian-Azerbaijani cultural relations at the meeting.

Then, director of Information Resource Center ( IRC ), PhD on medicine Leyla Imanova acquainted guests with Central Library.
