Nakhchivan Division of ANAS held next training “Heydar Aliyev lectory” dedicated to November 12 - Constitution Day of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Head of the Department, academician Ismail Hajiyev opened the meeting, spoke about the activities carried out by the national leader Heydar Aliyev. The 1st Constitution of independent Azerbaijan, drafted under the leadership of great leader Heydar Aliyev, was adopted on November 12, 1995 by referendum. The department chairman also spoke about the amendments to the Constitution for 23 years.

Then, a report was delivered on “Heydar Aliyev and the Constitution of Azerbaijan” by the head of the Department of Ethnography of Institute of Ethnography of the Institute of History, Ethnography and Archeology, Ph.D in History, Associate Professor Asef Orujov.
